Meet The Team
Amandeep Narang
An alumna of Hopetown Girls’ School and the University of Delhi, Amandeep brings over five years of experience in educational communication and digital storytelling to her role as Founder and Content Head at Henceforth. She has worked with ABP News, Great Learning (Byju’s), and global institutions like Stanford and Deakin University, while also leading projects in social media strategy for HNV clients, policy research with Medianama, and not-for-profit initiatives such as gender rights research in Norway and cultural programming in Ghana, and North-East India. At Henceforth, she draws on this diverse background to help students shape impactful global learning journeys with clarity and purpose.
Rana Narang
Rana Narang, an alumnus of Welham Boys’ School, is the Founder and Europe & UK Admissions Head at Henceforth. With degrees in Political Science (University of Delhi), Law, Politics and Society (Ambedkar University), and Intellectual History (University of Edinburgh), he brings both academic depth and global perspective to his work. An educator, curriculum designer, and certified career counsellor, Rana has guided students across countries and cultures for over five years, helping them find their voice and path. He has written school textbooks, blending creativity with learning, and his background in the performing arts further enriches his approach. Now based in Edinburgh, he works at a school while continuing to explore new directions in education.
Jayati Shah
Jayati Shah holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Delhi and a Master’s in Counselling from the University of Edinburgh, where she is now completing her PhD in Counselling. At Henceforth, she serves as our Mental Health Expert, assessing and building student profiles while guiding young people with care and clarity. With hundreds of hours of counselling and therapy experience, Jayati blends academic depth with practical insight to support students in both their personal and academic journeys.
Kuwar Kuku
An alumnus of Welham Boys’ School and O.P. Jindal Global University (LL.B), Kuwar Kuku is passionate about emerging technologies and football. As a Chief Financial Advisor of our education consultancy, he brings analytical thinking, global perspective, and entrepreneurial drive to help students unlock academic and professional opportunities.
Shakher Ranbir Singh
Shakher is pursuing his Master’s in Geophysics at the University of Cologne, after completing his B.Sc. in Physics (Hons) at UPES. As Communications Manager at Henceforth, he ensures seamless coordination between students, parents, and our team, keeping every program on track. When not working, Shakher can usually be found immersed in the world of automobiles, studying engines with the same curiosity he brings to seismic waves. With aspirations of becoming a pilot someday, he’s always looking up—quite literally.
Lewis Downie
Lewis Downie holds a Master’s in Film Writing from Napier University, Edinburgh, and works as a Pupil Support Officer with Edinburgh Council, supporting young people in their educational and personal development. With international teaching experience in China and the authorship of a book, he brings a passion for both storytelling and education. An expert in differentiated learning, Lewis is dedicated to meeting students where they are and helping them grow with confidence. At Henceforth, he serves as Writing and UK Admissions Advisor, combining his creative background with educational expertise to guide students through the complexities of learning and university applications.
